The shopping process was easy and smoothly. However, I was really disappointed to find that the flowers were left on the garden floor by the trash cans and my sister only found them the next day. They were ok but could have been easily destroyed by the dog.
I ordered a gift to be delivered to my Granddaughter for her 2nd birthday this weekend. I paid extra to have it delivered before noon so she would be excited in the morning when she woke up. I was also so excited to see her little face when she received the balloons and Teddy bear.
I called From my flowers to make sure it was going to be delivered before noon on Saturday, the day of her birthday. They asked me to confirm her address and I did.
When the gift wasn't received by one o'clock I called again. They asked to confirm the address again. They told me they couldn't find the address. I gave them the address again and was told the gift would be delivered.
At 3 o'clock I called again only to be told that they couldn't find the address on their google map. I told them that I was able to find it on google map and offered to tell them the directions. Only to hear that the florist can no longer deliver bc it was closing. I was devastated. They said" We will deliver it on Monday". Unacceptable. You ruined my surprise for my granddaughter and I will never use this company again. I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use it also,
I also asked for a refund and they said it would take 3 days. Unbelievable. What a terrible business.

The flowers delivered did not appear as displayed online. While a nice bouquet, none of the white lilies were open and did not have the effect I was hoping for. This was for a celebration of life memorial and I expected a more elaborate appearance.
