I live far away from my mom so I love how they make it so easy to deliver for my mom's birthday especially because she lives in such a little town and they always have great service and products
I thought the service charges are a little inflated... it defeats the savings you promote to attract our business, but we all know that... it aggravates me that company's think we don't and are gullible.
The flowers were for a family friend. They were very happy with them and said they were beautiful. They also commented on the flowers actually having a nice scent, so they seemed very fresh.
I was very impressed with the selection and will be interested to see how they look when delivered
This one great, but last week my on-line order total didn't include the discount promised, so I went to FTD. I called, but the service rep didn't know how to fix it. And, last December my order to my daughter in Texas was pitiful looking; I complained and another was supposed to be sent and never was, so I went back to FTD for birthday orders. I have 6 children and 11 grandkids and send lots of flowers.
Follow-up: Ordered for delivery 10/29/19 the same item to my 3 daughters in Texas, Boston and Lake Charles, LA, and the ones to Texas and Boston were delivered promptly and were beautiful. The LA order was delivered a day late and was awful; she had texted me a picture. I called the florist, Scott Moses, of Sulphur, LA, and complained; the following day he sent a lovely arrangement that my LA daughter said was beautiful. I thanked him for making it right.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
