The flowers were delivered, via a text message from The flower company that they delivered them to the theater on the 6th. I haven't heard from my daughter to know that she actually got them. The flowers I received were beautiful and everyone in the office was happy with them. The couple I gave them to were very pleased with their order. The only thing I didn't like was the online tracker, it had barely moved and I was worried it wouldn't get to the office before 5, and right after checking for the hundredth time (lol) the flowers arrived, which was a lovely surprise. So word of advice, don't trust the tracker, trust the estimated delivery time for residence vs business. I've made several orders in the past (and the other ones were made in a timely fashion, so I didn't need to worry about delivery time, this specific one was same day delivery), and all of my orders were perfect. I also received a confirmation email after the order was made and after it was received. Thank you Fromyouflowers! You're great!
I was pleased with the pricing and delivery times of the plant basket I ordered. It looked a little different than what was in the photo but that is to be expected to some degree. There were different flowers, which the ones that I saw in the photo of what had been delivered, looked a little wilted and sad. I'm not complaining though. The plants were beautiful and I am pleased with my purchase.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
