The actual item looked smaller in person, even though I upgraded the original size. Also, the colors of the flowers in the picture were yellows, reds and oranges, whereas the actual bouquet had very little yellow and mostly white and red.
The website is easy to use.The flower that I sent wasn't the same as pictured on the website. I not happy that other flowers was substituted.
I sent the plant I did not receive the plant but, the person who I gifted just called and she was thrilled and said the florist did a really nice job.
I ordered my wife's flowers with same day service and flowers were delivered by noon, which was terrific! The only problem I had was the quality/quantity of the arrangement I ordered. I ordered the premium "You're In My Heart" bouquet for an additional $20 and received half the roses and carnations as appeared on the website. Though the item description did not provide the actual quantity of roses and carnations, I was relying on the picture on the website. Perhaps an incorrect order was processed and instead was delivered the "Regular"bouquet instead of the "Premium" bouquet.

Extremely pleased. Flowers were for my mom in the hospital and they arrived speedily quick. They put a. Smile in her heart and she said they smelled wonderful and were beautiful. Thank you for making it so easy to send flowers when families are living in separate states. Overall an excellent experience.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
