The ordering was easy. However what was delivered was of poor quality and not worth the money spent. I ordered the premium snack basket and there was probably less than $20 worth of snacks in a cheap $5 basket. The quality was so poor it looked like I had done it myself and I am not crafty at all! I'm very disappointed!
This is my second order of 'sight unseen' orders for friends who lost a loved one. I trusted reviews and appreciate the variety of options on your site. Although I couldn't get this order next day, I still completed the purchase due to the selected bonsai that I felt was a unique item to bring smiles to their faces through the years.

I placed a previous order with FromYouFlowers. The florist used at that time did not send the correct color of roses. The order was replaced. I was not pleased. This order must have been sent by the same florist. I will not use FromYouFlowers to send my next order.
Your service/handling fee was quite high, $15! This is one reason I would consider shopping elsewhere. I don't mind the delivery fee and know you have to charge tax but handling fee. Service charge should be a part of your biz I would think.
Simple, easy, and inexpensive. There is an added charge of $15 when you're checking out for delivery and handling. But it was still a better price than going to a local store. But the flowers arrived very quickly and she was thrilled with them! I would definitely order again.

These flowers were purchased and sent to Ohio for my elderly aunt's birthday. Not only did the delivery man take the heavy vase around to the garage entrance and put it in the house for her, he came back and reminded her to shut her garage door. Very thoughtful, and she really appreciated the extra attention and service.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
