There is no way I paid the amount of money I did and my wife gets 12 roses and some carnations. Your pictures DO NOT clearly capture what is sent. AND I paid extra money for an "upgraded order". To say the least, I am extremely disappointed...

It appears to have gone smoothly. After being cancelled last minute by FTD your company was a lifesaver. The bouquet was for an elderly aunt who has had medical challenges and was depressed so I wanted to surprise her with flowers on her birthday.

I've never had a bad experience with From You Flowers. I just wish the products were larger for the price their asking form them.
I was so disappointed that my wife's birthday flowers came in a box and had to be assembled by her (during one of her classes-she's a teacher). The picture online showed a vase with flowers nicely arranged. Instead she got a DIY thing that looked super cheap in front of her high school students. I suppose there must have been some fine print I missed. I paid extra for the vase, didn't realize she'd have to arrange it herself. I wish there had been a place for me to click 'diy arrangement $0.00; already assembled...$5.00' or something. Again, I'm disappointed.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
