Experience was easy, after flowers are received I can tell you more when I see the product.
Well my Mom received the flowers they looked close to what I ordered, however the vase was to be a low square orange vase, instead it was a low square clear vase, which I was not real happy about because you could see Styrofoam thru it. I wish you would get what you ordered,

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
