Everything was great. The Service/Handling Fee at the end was a bit of a surprise though.
This was the worst flower arrangement I have ever ordered. Several flowers were dead and the they weren't even the right color! It did not have ribbon as shown tied on the vase. This was an important day for my husband and I (Veteran's Day) I felt really embarrassed and disappointed with the arrangement.
The selections were beautiful and the ease of ordering was extremely easy
On the website I wish each arrangement had a picture of its regular, deluxe, and premium arrangements so you can see the difference - customers may be willing to upgrade their selections when they can see what they are getting.
We selected this bouquet because the focus color was purple with accents of light pink. The bouquet our mom received was mostly bright pink with accents of purple and I'm quite ticked about that. We specifically selected a mostly purple bouquet because that's her favorite color.
The substitution policy states the color scheme will be maintained even if flowers have to be substituted. The florist should have called and informed me that no purple was available and I would have chosen a different bouquet or worked with your customer service to find another florist so our mother would get what she loves.
I've ordered from From You Flowers twice before and this is the first disappointment. It's not the end of the world but I'm not happy with what our mother received.
Flowers are wilted tattered and look nothing like the picture overall great disappointment and embarrassment to give to somebody will never use the service again. What a rip off for what I paid!
For $62, I expected to receive more products in the gift basket. Next time I think I will use Amazon. At least I know what I am getting.

Great selection, reasonable prices and fast delivery
When I first was about to place the order the price jumped from 19.99 to 42.99 and I wasnt sure I was following through with the order. Then I received a coupon in my email which brought the price down to 25- which was much better for me so I placed the order and was very happy!

It was very convenient for a last minute decision. I like the way that I could get what I wanted. The delivery time was good. I had to call back with the correct address but it was still delivered to the first address given at the site but the did recipient did receive the flowers. They didn't just leave them with anyone. Thanks for your prompt service. I will continue to shop with you all and recommend you to others.
I hope next time ill find bouquet on average $20-$30.
