I placed an order for my grandmothers 94th birthday early that morning to be delivered same day. The website just kept saying order was received. By 6pm that evening I was a little frustrated. The florist was busy that day but I paid for same day delivery. It didn't get to my grandmother until almost 7pm when I ordered it at 7am.
Ordered them for a delivery on Friday 11/8/19 never made it called and talked to someone Saturday morning and was told they were gonna send a fresh batch to be delivered today 11/11/19 well received the order but the flowers were completely wilted and discolored completely unsatisfactory will make sure to never use this service again
It was very quick and easy. But the flowers that were delivered did NOT look like the picture. The vase was plain, with no decorations like on the picture and there were no roses in the arrangement like on the picture.
I sent my daughter flowers for her birthday and they looked like a 5 year old did the arrangement. Not what I expected at all. I will not order from you again. If you think I am doing this to get my money back you are so wrong. I did expect you to resend her the flowers I ordered and they should look like what you advertised.

I've tried and been disappointed with the other well known flower delivery sites. I decided to try a new one, fromyouflowers.com, and I'm glad I did. Service was prompt and accurate. Flowers were beautiful and as ordered. I'll order again from them.

Very misleading $10 off and then handling and shipping is almost $20 extra.
The flowers delivered where beautiful. I am glad that it was as shown in the image and not something smaller or different. It made the pricing experience better, meaning I didn't feel like I was taken advantage of after seeing the bouquet.

I have already sent a complaint email, the flowers and balloons were not what i ordered. So disappointing and embarrassing to have flowers delivered that were brown, not bloomed, and nothing like the photo I ordered. One Mylar balloon was missing. I will not use your company or recommend.
Flowers were beautiful and sent on time, which was the most important for me. I was a bit disappointed by the shopper experience as I was first told I could receive flowers on the same day, and when paying they said delivery was not possible until two days later. I would also have appreciated more transparency on prices, as only at the very end I saw there were additional fees, I would have preferred to know it before the very end. But overall it met my expectations as very beautiful flowers were sent.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
