I paid for premium but got the standard. And the bear was not the right size, looks small and i order the medium. Plus it was a day late so never received on birthday. Everything was wrong about the order. And i paid almost 100 for it, and it wasn't worth it.
Quick and easy. And actually I put down the wrong hospital on accident and they called me and got the correct one and still got it to my wife the same day.

Very easy and simple
My only issue is that I wanted the flowers to be delivered on 11/13, the actual birthday instead of the day before.
Was pretty easy to order but I am highly disappointed in what was delivered, it looked nothing like what I ordered and I paid over $80 for it trying to make my sisters day special for her being that she lost her husband and eldest son this year within one week. Not sure I would recommend you to anyone or use you again.

Unfortunately, the choice of ribbon for a Get Well plant did not quite match the sentiments. It was a huge tri-color (red/white/blue) bow or bows. The plant was smaller than what I had expected. I wondered if there was a mistake somehow.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to ask for choice of ribbon color (?)

I thought there could have been at least two more white roses in the bouquet. There was a hole where it looked like a flower was missing. None of the Iris's were open, I hope they open up, it would have been prettier if at least one iris was open to give the overall arrangement more color.
SERVICE FEE WAS A SURPRISE
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
