The flowers were nice and delivery was on time, but I paid $20 extra for a large candy box. They delivered a 4.5 oz box of Russell Stovers. That is about 1/4 pound. That means I paid nearly $80 a pound for Russell Stover chocolates! No way is that even close to any normal cost of chocolates. If 1/4 pound is a large box, what in the world is a small or medium size. Total ripoff! Never again

My order was not delivered on schedule and it was a very special birthday order. The recipient did receive a complimentary bouquet the next day, but only after I let FYF know that I would not be ordering from them again.

My overall experience was fine, the customer service email was very responsive and prompt. My only issues were the flowers received seemed to be sparse in person compared to how they looked online; the accuracy of tracking was also a little frustrating, as for the entire duration of my order it looked like there was no progress and I was worried they wouldn't be delivered in time and then they just showed up. Them showing up is great, but I almost canceled the order because I didn't know where they were and they were being delivered to a business. If that could be worked on, that'd be great. Other than that, great experience overall, easy, affordable and responsive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
