I am a return customer I believe this is my third order.
The wreath I received is not what I had ordered. The image and description stated that there would be lilies and there were none. The image showed bundled lilies and the ribbon on the side of the w wreath. The lilies weren't substituted and the ribbon was centered on the wreath and low. It was a bare looking wreath compared to what I was expecting. I've ordered from other flower shops and gotten exactly what was pictured or similar. Not the case here. I don't feel like I got my money's worth with this one.
This is my second time ordering a last minute gift in need of arriving the same day. You all were great last time. Thank you!

The flowers were nothing like the picture on the site. I received a picture after arrival I was embarrassed. Then I did not get a response to my complaint - but received a refund for 4.60 which is 10% of what I paid. The flowers sent were not worth $40. A10% refund is insulting. I will never use your services and I will share the poor quality with others.
