Totally disappointed. Looked nothing like what I had chosen. It looked like someone just picked some flowers and just threw them in a vase. No arrangement to them, and it definitely did not look like the "DELUXE" I paid extra for. Not to mention I also bought a Happy Birthday mylar balloon that was NOT in the "arrangement". I chose y'all this time because I had a horrible experience with pro-flowers last time. I guess I'm learning an expensive lessen ordering flowers online.

It was nice until I was charged an extra $14 for some google fee. It was supposed to be $51 but ended up being $71 after tax. The delivery was absolutely amazing though. It arrived quicker than expected.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
