Hopefully what is ordered is what I purchased. It's very iffy on orders such as this. Been burned too many times.as a follow up - I feel that exactly what I thought would happen - did. Why do you not send what is in the picture and if you can't - notify me so I can either approve or change my selection. The 10.00 gift card is of no use to me

Substituted item was not as full as pictured, but pretty.
The flowers I ordered (Just for your love Deluxe) for a friend's wedding anniversary had an illustration that was not even close to the actual bouquet received from my friend. It looks totally different than the illustration in your website, definitely like a way cheaper bouquet than what I ordered. I have the picture, I am very disappointed.
Everything was really nice until I saw that $15 "Service Handling" charge? Not cool to slip that on at the end!

The flowers were beautiful, but they did not match the description of what I paid for. Specifically there were ZERO pumpkins included in the arrangement. While beautiful, it was not what I ordered. This was the centerpiece for my father's Thanksgiving dinner that I could not attend. I picked this arrangement specifically for the pumpkins because I felt it truly brought the fall/Thanksgiving theme together. I was sadly disappointed that the arrangement was not what I ordered. This is not the first time the delivered arrangement hasn't matched what I picked out. I keep giving FromYouFlowers another chance, but I'm not sure I will in the future.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
