I had upgraded my order but the plant that was delivered today was smaller than the one displayed on your website. Definitely not worth what I paid for.

I went to the funeral home and was disappointed with the flowers the roses were wilting with brown spots and the rest looked thrown together. I was embarrassed by them,

The arrangement I ordered is beautiful and arrived exactly on time - same day! I wish there was one company out there who didn't charge a large "service" fee, but it seems they all do. Anyway, you can't beat same-day service, so all in all, great service.

I sent this order to my niece who lives out of state.
I originally paid for same day delivery. I was contacted some hours later that the address that the flowers were to be delivered to was out of the range of their florists. It's hard to believe that because the address was in town not a rural area. I had to cancel the order and reorder from a specivic list that could be sent UPS the next day. I did not want to have them delivered a day late but that was my only option. They did not offered a discount for the trouble either.
On the final page a 14.99 handling charge was added in addition to a delivery charge. VERY Excessive. I will not use you again.

The only reason I completed my order was because I was offered free shipping. Otherwise, I wouldn't have. The $14.99 shipping fee is just too expensive.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
