The flowers were beautiful, but they did not match the description of what I paid for. Specifically there were ZERO pumpkins included in the arrangement. While beautiful, it was not what I ordered. This was the centerpiece for my father's Thanksgiving dinner that I could not attend. I picked this arrangement specifically for the pumpkins because I felt it truly brought the fall/Thanksgiving theme together. I was sadly disappointed that the arrangement was not what I ordered. This is not the first time the delivered arrangement hasn't matched what I picked out. I keep giving FromYouFlowers another chance, but I'm not sure I will in the future.

Original price was$43 with taxes and add'l fees came to $65. Big jump from $43.
However flowers were beautiful.

The Pink Champagne Bouquet that I ordered did not include the lavender mini carnations or the Pittosporum that were shown in the picture & written in the item description. So what was received looked small & pathetic. When I sent customer service, the picture of what was received along with the picture of what they show in their catalog, I was offered a refund of only $7.59. If I were to order a dozen mini carnations from them I'm sure it would've cost more than the credit I was offered. Since I had also ordered a fruit basket that did not get delivered that day, I was given a credit for the delivery charge & told it would arrive today. I asked that rather than receiving the credit -if they would send the missing flowers instead -they did not. In fact, the picture of the fruit basket I ordered showed red & green grapes, but those were not included in the fruit basket. At this point, I have totally had it with the poor results I have received on this order & lack of compensation to make it right. So I will unsubscribe from recieving further mail from this company. I had a bad experience with the once before (but gave them a second chance). This was the last straw from what I now wonder might be a bait & switch -as far as the order of the flowers -they just looked so different. I have no other explanation. Very disappointing.

I was only discouraged initially because I thought I could get same day delivery. Your Google ads and website advertise this. But a noon next day delivery is not bad either. Your prices are great! Better than 800flowers!

I was very pleased with the delivery time of the products, however I felt as though it was extremely overpriced for the quality of the products. I included a ballon, teddy bear, and chocolates as part of my order and they were all very overpriced (and very undersized). I do not think I would recommend this to other people because it is very expensive for what you get.
