I ordered a Christmas deluxe package but immediately upon purchase I received an email stating that this package was no longer available and due to time constraints they would replace with something similar. I ordered for delivery roughly 10 days in advance. I sent an email inquiry about what they will replace it with including images but their customer service sent the exact same email as the original. Recipient received the flowers today and sent pictures saying she loved them - however the pictures showed that what she ordered was not deluxe or premium in anyway. Compared to my original purchase of deluxe, there were a lot less flowers. In my opinion not worth over $110 USD (ordered from Canada to a store in New Jersey for delivery in New Jersey). I gave 3 stars because my mother still liked them, as she normally does with all flowers.
I live in Idaho and sent an Orchid plant to my sister in Texas for her 80th birthday. It arrived on time and she said it was beautiful.
All went smoothly. Our family thought the order was beautiful. Thank you.

I was unable to fix the order to reflect the item I had ordered...your system automatically indicated the larger item which was also more expensive. Then when reviewing the checkout information I saw you had made additional charges including an expedited charge for the order. I subsequently deleted that item from the bill. So bottom line I won't be ordering my flowers from your site in future.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
