I feel your offer of discounts and saving that I can redeem to be misleading. Your prices are very high. I checked the cost of buying the same item a few days earlier without using the savings discount and the prices were the same either way. I call that false advertising and I won't be participating any more.
Update from actual delivery on 12/20/19: The item received only slightly resembled the actual picture of the item purchased. I'm very disappointed! This was the only Christmas tree the recipient would have this year and it was because she cannot physically put up her own tree this year. It was meant to Cheer her after Breast cancer surgery and treatments and the loss of her daughter and 12 yr old beloved Golden Retriever. Whoever fulfilled this order did not do it well. It did not look anything like the cute tree in the photo!
My Mother in Law LOVED the mini Christmas tree we sent for her birthday. The tree was beautiful and less expensive than one of the more popular florists in the area. I will definitely order flowers from fromyouflowers again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
