Good experience even if the delivery happened a little later than expected and I was concerned it would not get there on time. But overall a good experience and the flowers were fresh and everything in the order was delivered precisely.

This company is complete garbage. Buyer beware. They ruined my anniversary. They sent me an email saying the flowers had been delivered and guess what? They had not. I called my wife's office and the front desk said nope no flowers today. On the phone with them they said well we got an email saying they had been delivered. I am talking to them 5 minutes before my wife leaves for home and still no flowers. Do not trust them. They are vague, deceptive and full of excuses. The lady actually made me check with my wife to make sure she did not have the flowers. What a way to ruin a surprise. 17th anniversary from hell thanks to these idiots. They literally wanted her to come home and wait for the flowers there instead of going out to dinner with me.

The recipients of the flowers I had sent really liked them. Flowers were sent in a timely and efficient manner. I received notification when they had been delivered. I had plenty of choices to choose from. Just felt that the shipping and handling fee was a little high.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
