This was a gift sent several states away so I don't know what the flowers looked like or what condition of freshness they were in. I received a thank-you call so I assume all is well.
I was emailed that I had a credit on my account in an email but when I went to the website, there is no sign of the credit so I ordered it without my credit.

I intend to replicate this idea and purchase larger quantities as we continue annual fundraising. I would love to see how we can partner with From You Flowers regarding community engagement and social entrepreneurship. I will reach out formally in the new year. My initial order was no delivered same-day as promised on the website so a customer service representative upgraded my order and offered me a discount for the delay. After seeing the arrangement that was ordered, I was extremely disapointed. The flowers were beautiful, but they looked pathetic in the arrangement or lack there of! Not at all like the photo.
Thus was the easiest gift I ever ordered in line. I'll use your service again.
I hate bait and switch and I've never seen such a blatant example of it. I truly need to send this otherwise I would have never used your company. You bombard me with emails stating my "credit" is expiring only to present the prices as having already been discounted. An old trick if that I've seen countless times. Then to add insult to injury you tack on more money for "handling" Really. What were the other charges for, watering? What a joke!

I ordered on the free shipping offer, msg said order another at $10 off, but then free shipping didn't apply. It was cheaper to order separate on free shpg offer. Offers are confusing. Another email said I had a $12.95 credit and another says I have 1426 Silver rewards points that I can't find how to use either. Or do they only apply if I order off that email? Confusing messages. Flowers delivered have always been excellent.

Added four items to the cart and then the were lost; had to start over again. Also tried to reset my account password (when there was free shipping) and waited but never rec'd an email so ordered today (full S&H) and checked out as guest.
12/20: Still have rec'd no communication reference my account access and resetting my password. Another $12 credit due to expire tonight.

The last order I made was awful Wilted flowers bows hanging. When I called and sent picture of the flowers they immediately told 25% off my bill and apologized heartily for the bad flowers. Excellent customer satisfaction. Why I ordered again.

Ordering was easy. The arrangement that arrived was much smaller then the one online that I chose. Half as many flowers in the arrangement that arrived.
I would include the photo if there was a place to do that.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.

Answer: That's how this company works. You can't trust a date that they've promised they'll meet. I'd get a refund, and shop elsewhere.
