I sent a holiday arrangement to my aunt. She called to tell me how much she appreciated the beautiful arrangement, which was delivered same day. She was emotional and very touched by the gift. I have always had good service with this vendor.

Absolutely outraged! Ordered the flowers for my boss' birthday. The picture on the website showed about 9 roses and multiple large carnations and a little bit of greenery. I received a very small vase filled with LOTS of greenery 3 roses and 4 miniature carnations! I will never buy from this retailer again!

My order was a day late and I don't believe it would have EVER been delivered had I not followed up. Nobody had the courtesy to call or email me to let me know there would be a delay. The arrangement I received did NOT meet my expectations for a "Premium" order and I will never use this service again.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
