My order was a day late and I don't believe it would have EVER been delivered had I not followed up. Nobody had the courtesy to call or email me to let me know there would be a delay. The arrangement I received did NOT meet my expectations for a "Premium" order and I will never use this service again.

I wish I visited Sitejabber first to read the reviews of From You Flowers before placing an order with them. I placed a special 2 dozen red rose and bear order for the Christmas holiday, and this company cancelled my order entirely because of the delivery date. They called to notify they couldn't make the Saturday delivery date work, and although they gave me options for another date, I had first told them no, having no indication that they would cancel my order by doing this. But they went ahead and cancelled it without even giving me a chance to make another date work!
I had the order changed from a Friday to a Saturday delivery date, and it caused a difference in price. This affected their contract with Amazon so they state, which is why my order had to be cancelled. Now I can't reorder this special gift, because it's no longer available on their website. They are a terrible company, with terrible customer service. I do not recommend From You Flowers (fromyouflowers.com) to anyone.
I ordered the same item I did last year for my sister and husband and what they received was much smaller, less flowers and not as nice as the previous year and paid the exact same price. I am not happy with my order which was a Christmas Gift to them and will never place an order with your company again.
