The flowers weren't the same as pictures but the bouquet was still pretty.

Since I didn't receive the order (it was sent to a friend) I can't comment further. The thank you note I received seemed to indicate that she and her husband were pleased.

Beautiful flowers... wouldn't let me input my postal code. I had to call in to ask for a specific delivery time when I knew she would be there, that should be an option on the site when ordering.
The bouquet didn't look like the picture. The roses were more orange than peach and their wasn't that beautiful blue flower in it that was in the picture.

Quick and great selection to order a gift for a loved one far away from me. They were for my best friends birthday and she said they were the most beautiful flowers she's ever seen. She loved that it was delivered in a vase and didn't need to be arranged out of a box herself. Thank you for the amazing experience and ability to gift someone I love and care about so much something so unique and thoughtful.

Delivery was delayed but I did receive a refund of the expedited charges and a gift certificate to make up for the delay. Customer service was great.

Should let customers know about the service charge ahead of time before checkout.

I've ordered through this service before and was just as pleased with it as the first time! Beautiful flowers, so many choices and reasonably priced!

I ordered flowers for Christmas delivery and they were supposed to be the shape of Xmas tree. 2 we're and 2 were not. I'm very disappointed because the people I ordered the flowers for didn't have Xmas tree and the flowers were to replace it. It upsets me to know that I paid for a product that I didn't get.

I ordered the premium flowers to be delivered, recipient received the basic. Flowers were very late, after the delivery time. I paid to have them expedited, and they came late after 6:00pm.

Easy found what I wanted will wait to see how the recipient reacts to surprise delivery
