This experience with fromyouflowers.com was less than satisfactory. The flowers were delivered very late in the day even though I placed the order very early in the morning. When they attempted to deliver the flowers the driver called and informed me that they could not find the delivery address. The driver was immediately hostile and rude and had no clear solution or offered any options to get the flowers delivered. The option that was presented was for my order of same day delivery to be delivered tomorrow. The conversation was not constructive, the driver was looking for praise for trying for an hour to find the address with no luck and stated that was all she could do. After I,the customer, offered the idea to double check the address she was given and even brought up google maps to aid in her search the flowers were delivered. However, after this poor response from the driver I called the customer service line to see what options they could provide for the lack of customer service I was given. The operator was also rude and unwilling to help. She didn't even try to make this experience better or offer any customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be using this company again. I will be informing my friends and family of this service and to avoid it in the future.

If I could give negative stars I would. The quality of the flowers was atrocious, and frankly, an embarrassment. We send flowers to the ladies at the office on their birthday, and I've used several local flower shops, so I'm familiar with a good flower arrangement vs. what we received from your company and I have to say, these flowers looked terrible. From the moment the arrangement was received, the flowers were already wilting and dying. Nothing says "we appreciate your work and happy birthday" like wilting, shriveled up flowers. I would NEVER recommend your company. Just pay more and get a better product from a local company who really cares about the product and their reputation.
