If I could give negative stars I would. The quality of the flowers was atrocious, and frankly, an embarrassment. We send flowers to the ladies at the office on their birthday, and I've used several local flower shops, so I'm familiar with a good flower arrangement vs. what we received from your company and I have to say, these flowers looked terrible. From the moment the arrangement was received, the flowers were already wilting and dying. Nothing says "we appreciate your work and happy birthday" like wilting, shriveled up flowers. I would NEVER recommend your company. Just pay more and get a better product from a local company who really cares about the product and their reputation.

The floral arrangements are always very nice and presentable. I really don't see any savings when you give discounts. The discounts end up being folded into the shipping charges which basically cost about the same when compared to other florist.

I understand and do not have a problem with the fee. However, it should be clearly noted in the site before the item is placed in the cart. It helps when the customer is comparison shopping. Clear and complete disclosure by the company makes a customer feel confident in their purchase; getting a quality product for the best/reasonable price.
BTW the delivery was made on time and the receiver stated that the flowers were "beautiful."

Hidden fee for services and same day delivery, can't change delivery date anymore once payment process has started. Delivered flowers look nothing like the ones shown online. They are way fewer and look like bought from Walmart. Sorry but for over 50$ I esoected a lot better than this..

The flowers I had delivered to Poulsbo Washington on Dec 18 was a complete failure. BUT the David Winters flower arrangement that I Had delivered today, Jan02 2020 are beautiful, lovely arrangement, and fresh.
The flower was much smaller than I ordered with the picture. A little disappointed with the flowers. It is difficult to order when you see a picture and the product turns out so much smaller.
Wanted to thank some dear friends from here in England. Found the site easily via a search engine. Navigating the site was also easy and I was impressed by the huge range of flower arrangements to choose from. Placing the order was also very straightforward. Order then arrived on time the next day (despite the order being placed on New Years Day) and my dear friend loves them. All done from over 4000 miles away! Would recommend without hesitation.
The flowers my daughter received were beautiful!
