Thank you for sending the flowers on time. I ordered 2 dozen of Red Roses. I noticed that the photo on the website is too perfect for the real flower that was received. I understand that the flower might have not yet fully blossomed.

You shouldn't restrict delivery to a zip code to a dollar amount for the flowers themselves, but for the total dollar amount charged. I was going to send my sister-in-law a box of chocolates with this order as well, but your "rule" forced me to withdraw that order because I had to buy the premium flower arrangement. Stupid rule.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
