I ordered the teddy bear and flowers for my 14 year old granddaughter who had emergency gall bladder surgery. She came home from the hospital today to find the flowers there. It brought a smile on her face! Very happy the flowers were there when she got home! Thank you for the prompt service and such a beautiful plant and cute teddy bear!
Very easy and worked very well
On 12-28-19 I placed a web order with the claim/promise that it would be delivered on 12-31-19. This item was not shipped in a timely manner, in fact, it was not even shipped from Rhode Island. It was shipped on 12-30-19 from New York and not delivered until 1-3-2020. This is a poor business practice which shows a lack of customer service. This was to be for the birth of a child and due to your company's fraudulent practice of misleading customers on delivery times its late arrival caused more then inconvenience. Please rest assured that I and everyone I know will not patronize your business, and further, appropriate reviews will be left wherever possible.

It say 19.99 but no flowers at that price to be found,,, says same day. Then charges 2.99 for same day... then 14.99 handel fee... better be some pretty 23 dollar flowers to end up 41!

When showing charges would like to see all charges before final review. I saw additional $4.46 on paypal and thought you were charging me for use of PayPal-not tax.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
