Easy & quick to order but no one in area had the arrangement I ordered. It had to be substituted.
Disappointed that the flowers couldn't be delivered to the service and had to be delivered to my house for me to take to the service. It never said that they couldn't be delivered when I placed the order.

Delivery fee too high and not shown until the end. Flower bouquet looked colorful in the picture but was very plain and looked cheap.
The balloons were received and promised but unfortunately they were very deflated. They were for my daughter in the hospital after her new baby was born so you can't really get a redo on that one. I got a refund of half off but honestly it still was very disappointing!

Service fee was unexpected. The flowers received looked NOTHING like what was posted online. Seriously disappointed with the arrangement. The vase was nice though.
Disappointed that it was so expensive. Online discount was applied automatically so that was convenient, but then that amount was just added back on in the end with the service and handling charge. So it didn't end up being as affordable as I had hoped. But they were beautiful and were delivered that day.

I saw the flowers on Saturday and was extremely disappointed. The arrangement received was not what I ordered or paid for. I was very disappointed. The arrangement was fresh but there were very few flowers in it. I ordered the top one but did not even receive the middle priced order as shown on your website.
