Altho ok this time the order arrived a day early once sgsin! Last year an order did not arrive as requested and caused distress since it also arrived early with no notification of it going to being so. I asked for a specific day as I was to be with the person and it was a very sensitive day, yet I was not there that day earlier when it was delivered. Recipient and I were both upset. This time ok tho. Ordering process was misguided as I had not decided to order my discounted price when I got an email to come back within 1/2 hr offering free delivery... so i did then the discount was removed and I was charged instead of delivery the same cost for handling! What a farce! Thank God the flowers were a beautiful surprise now I hope they last a decent expected length time!

The item i ordered is nothing like what my guest received. I understand your website advises some substitutions will be made because you deal with local shops, but NONE of the chocolate and most of the fruit pictured was NOT in the basket. They sent something completely different and that is not okay. I am very dissatisfied and will likely never use this site or recommend this site again. I am very disappointed in what was received and spent way too much money to have only received a small basket with a limited variety of fruit and none of the candy pictured.
