The delivery time was way out of the time it was supposed to be delivered to the address. It had to be delivered to an another address. Also the flowers did not look like what I ordered on the site. It was basic and looked like they were dying. Paid good amount of money for a service that was not satisfied
It was a pleasant experience, it was same day delivery so it was delivered within few hours of ordering.
Delivery was on time. Price was great. However the florist had beautiful flowers but the item didn't look nothing like the flower cake I purchased looked more like a bunch of flowers piled on top of each other. The only thing that made sense to what it was suppose to be were the candles on top. Customer service was great. I had some issues when trying to purchase my item only and customer service when I called was very helpful. Kudos to the rep I spoke with. Will shop again

The order was delivered to my Grandma in another state on a Friday so I was unable to see them in person. However, family members reported that the roses looked nice upon delivery but by Sunday looked wilted and the buds never did bloom which was disappointing.
It was until 9 pm my flowers were delivered and I had waited on them all day.
Good quality though and made my partner very happy.
