I am the person who ordered the flowers and not the person who received the flowers. I am assuming the flowers were received, were nice. As the purchaser, I was very surprised to see a huge handling fee of $14.00+ something that was not discussed until the very last part of the transaction.
Everything was great. The free shipping is what made me buy. The one challenging thing was variances in flowers: $40, $50, $60. It wasn't clear what you get for the added money and it's hard to tell if you got what you paid for with the extra $. I did the top of the line one. They're beautiful but I can't tell a difference in the levels.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
