Why are you asking me these questions before the flowers are sent?
The baskets look good, but have very slight differences and not a lot of variation in product description to inform what the difference in price is for. The prices are very misleading, as I ended up paying almost $80 for a $39.99 basket with 3 balloons. Shipping and handling is high, and expedited shipping option became too much. The order tracker is a joke, it does not have any updates besides "delivery scheduled" - perhaps you guys could take notes from Jimmy John's or dominoes. I had called in to ask for an update on the delivery, and they mentioned it was already en route (around 2:30pm, while the tracker still read "delivery scheduled") and that it was expected to arrive before close of business day (5pm). If I had paid the extra 5 dollars for expedited shipping, would I have received info a little less vague? Seems like a joke to me. My SO ended up receiving the package and enjoying it, so there's that I guess. Only processed the order because of how special the day is today, however I feel robbed. I will not be using this service again.

When I saw the arrangement I was so EMBARRASSED that I sent this to the young lady celebrating her 14th Birthday. FROM THE PHOTO I CHOSE FOR THE ARRANGEMENT MY YOUNG FRIEND DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING CLOSE TO WHAT THE SELECTION SHOWED. THE MAIN FLOWERS WERE 'OVERSIZED ORANGE FLOWERS'. I COULDNT BELIEVE IT. AND THE CONTAINER WAS A WOODEN DESK DRAWER. SORRY BUT I WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOUR SIGHT TO ANYONE.

I saw a picture of what i sent and it didn't look anything like the bouquet i thought i ordered. Sad face.
The fees that at the end were a surprise. $15 extra bucks I didn't plan on spending and due to the time and effort was kind of cornered to spend. The arrangement didn't look as full as the picture. I knew it wouldn't be exact but it never said less effect. It looked like a grocery store arrangement. The balloon look like the same ones from dollar tree. Nothing about my order said I paid almost $70 for it.
