I specifically ordered these flowers for my Granddaughter to be delivered January 9. However, I received a call last night (January 8) that she had received her flowers. If I would have wanted them delivered on the 8th, I would have requested the 8th. I will be using one of your competitors to place orders in the future.
I was told it was same day delivery but wasnt delivered til the next day. Have been promised a 20% refund for the late delivery. First time I've had a problem.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
