Even when UPS delivered two days late because of the holidays, the roses are still long lasting and I always follow the instructions to cut the stem under water and use warm water to perk them up. I will always trust 'fromyouflowers.com' for all my fresh flowers.

Product, service, and delivery time was excellent!
It was very simple process.
My sister said her address isn't easily found using GPS. Delivery driver called her and was able to help him. She was very happy with the arrangement. She said it was beautiful and the flowers smelled wonderful.

Online experience was great. Delivered in a timely manner. Careful to read the options and chose to upgrade, expecting that the final product would look at minimum as the advertised picture. Disappointed as the basket is small and appears cheap. Does. It not even include the plants pictured. Will not use this site again.

This is the first time I have used your services, and probably the last time. The Be Happy bouquet of yellow roses, yellow and white daisies and greens in the smiley face mug, was so cute that I knew the recipient would feel better just by looking at it. She uses a lot of of emojis in her texts and that was so appropriate. Your web site was easy to use and I appreciated being able to choose from three sizes. I chose the Deluxe size and was so happy with the selection. I know that each florist you contract with cannot have the exact same thing, but what was sent to our sick friend was just a standard yellow rose bouquet in a regular vase. No daisies, no cute mug. The quality of the roses was nice and their fragrance is wonderful, but to be so far removed from what I ordered was a shock. I do have a photo of what was sent if you need to see it.
The flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the ones I ordered.
If the 'same day delivery' feature was not available for my order then the order should not have been taken as if it were. I wanted my order to be delivered same day and I was notified that it was not going to be delivered on time several hours after I placed my order- when it was too late for me to do anything about it. The order was delivered next day- this was very disappointing.
