It was very pretty and beautiful
Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time.
The flowers were left at the door and no one was home for 3 days so the flowers were old by the time the person came home. I live in Canada and arranged for flowers to be delivered in Florida and was not aware that the person would not be home, maybe it would be a good practice to call first to make sure someone will be able to receive the flowers.

The first delivery was wrong. Sent a little pine tree instead of the serene peace plant that I ordered. After a phone call to customer service(took a bit to s peak to a representative) reprensentative listened to my problem and said they would correct it by sending another Serene Peace Plant. The Peace Plant arrrived a few days later in excellent condition. They sent the correct plant after first sending the wrong one. They weren't perfect, but they did a Good job of taking care of it.
Shipping handling should be free and you added $2.99 for same day delivery and delivery is next day.
The flowers looked beautiful, exactly what I expected
Always good deals and so many pretty options to choose from! I don't ever need to look at other flower delivery services. They came from the best florist in town but the arrangement was called Color Me Purple and didn't have as many purple flowers as the sample. Beautiful none the less.

What i saw in pictures on your website is not what was delivered.
Flowers - ordered pink and got white and green
Basket most dissapointing i ordered healthy - cheese, salami and crackers and i got - junk food which the person receiving does not eat. Cookies, candy bar and jams.
Your website is misleading - what you order and see online is not what gets delivered.

Plant was smaller than one indicated in the picture.
Beautiful site with reasonable prices. However, I paid extra for a Sunday delivery, and the plant was not delivered until Monday.
I sent this from outside the US. I'm crossing my fingers this was good.
