The fruit and basket were great

Hidden fee $14.99. Not happy with the service fee not being disclosed before check out.

Also the quality of the flowers looked nothing like the picture.

Good, needed to call back to get the conformation number. They didn't send it through email right away.

I can always count on fromyouflowers.com to deliver on time and same day delivery. Love it because I get so busy and forget to send flowers until the day of a celebration, and can always be reassured that they will deliver, same day. For the most part, I've been satisfied with the florists they use only once however when I reported it, fromyouflowers.com notified the florist and had them deliver another arrangement.

Very easy and simple process- There was only one issue pertaining to the order that disappointed me. I requested a "pink balloon" as the request was in honor of my sister--representing breast cancer. However the basket was delivered with a yellow smiley balloon. Otherwise the order was delivered timely and was fine.

Quick easy and efficient! However, not worth the price and fees for the quality of product in the end. I thought I paid for flowers AND balloon, but the recipient only received balloons. It would be nice to see product prior to delivery.

This basket was huge! My husband loved it. Everything was very fresh.

Canceled my order without my consent and then offered to send a free flower arrangement to the funeral. Never sent the arrangement. I would have ordered local if i had known the service would be so bad.

You should show the shipping and handling charges on the subtotal page not the last page, I backed out twice because the total was different
