It was easy and no problems placing order
I was disappointed that it showed a price (shown as discounted) on the site. As I was preparing the order, one of my discount sites popped up and showed the different discounts for your site. I accepted one and then, when making final payment realized that my other discount was applied to the original price, not the price shown to me on the site. Since I needed to get this ordered for a funeral, I went ahead and placed the order but was not pleased that I didn't know this was going to take place until the last step of my order.
Friend said "the flowers were beautiful ". I was dispointed that the card did not read what I asked. Changed information on the card, got a notice saying it would be forwarded and changed and the note was not changed.

I ordered an arrangement in a basket with a balloon attached for my granddaughter who is in the hospital. I am in California and she is in Idaho. I have no idea what flowers were used or what kind of basket. I wish I would have known about the 'handling' FEES at the beginning of the order. A 30.00(approx) arrangement turned into 62.00. It's a shame. This is why I will not order online again.

Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time.
The flowers were left at the door and no one was home for 3 days so the flowers were old by the time the person came home. I live in Canada and arranged for flowers to be delivered in Florida and was not aware that the person would not be home, maybe it would be a good practice to call first to make sure someone will be able to receive the flowers.
