Absolutely horrible, I have " ring" and can monitor deliveries. You weren't even close to the delivery date requested
Delivery was right on time and product was exactly as expected.
This was a relationship saver! It was supposed to be a same day delivery though, but they delivered the next day, and gave me a a very small refund.
The delivery was late, the driver did nit know where he was going, the flowers looked like they were tossed around.

Although my husband's flowers didn't arrive before he left, they were in perfect condition when he got to work this morning, and they called me before leaving them to make sure it was okay since he had left. My mom's flowers arrived super late in the evening (almost 9pm) but the delivery person was extremely apologetic about being so late. The flowers are gorgeous and I made 2 people's day for less than $100 which is amazing.
