(2-6-2020) Jay, delivery driver from Neilson (sp) Florist was very kind once able to reach me. He called several times and also went to the leasing office of my complex with the intention of delivering these flowers in their respective time frame. He was also 1.5 hours ahead of delivery cutoff! I admire his persistence as they very well could've not been delivered on time, or at all yesterday.
Please see this is forwarded to Lisa I believe is the name of the Florist he delivers for, so he is recognized as a value and asset to the company(s) he is working for.
On the website the price of the item I ordered was $31.99. When I got to the page to submit my order it was 39.90 plus there was a shipping and handling order of $15. The total order was much more than it should be...

I love your flower selection and delivery time service. However this is the 2nd time now that I payed for a deluxe arrangement for my moms birthday, so that it would look like the picture shown, only to be disappointed by the actual flowers that were delivered. They did not look anything like the picture shown. I contacted customer service and they refunded 25% of the purchase price which was nice. I was still disappointed by the price I paid for flowers that I didn't choose.
I really don't like the hidden fees that pop up at the end! $14.99 handling fee!? Come on! Put this information in the beginning. It's rude to make someone go through the entire process and at the last purchase point, put that fee in!

When asked my preference for a container, I selected a glass vase. My flowers were delivered in what looked like a tin container. My preference was not honored.
Recently ordered the "Florest Choice" bouquet and was told by recipient they did an outrageous job!

Smooth sailing ordering but the recipient took a picture of the bouquet and it didn't look like what's in the picture. A lot of the flowers were wilted and arrangement was not I expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps

Answer: My delivery came at 640pm on the day it was scheduled, I checked several times during the day and couldn't get anything but thst the delivery was scheduled.
