I thought that I was not going to have to pay the shipping /handling fee, but it looks like I may have paid that. This bouquet of flowers delivered to my friend ended up costing over $70.00 Canadian and the bouquet was not as full as the picture seen on the website. I was disappointed in the choice of flowers and not keeping to the colour scheme. I had wanted yellow roses which were there, but the other flowers selected were disappointing. There was no blue in the arrangement. The colour combo was meant to be yellow, pink and blue and a little fuller looking.
Any chance for a partial refund?
