I paid for the premium size (largest upgrade) and the gift basket that was delivered actually had fewer items in it than the website picture of the NORMAL size. Disappointed!

I did not get what I paid for. I order flowers in a basket with a balloon. NO balloon and no basket. Flowers arrived in a clear vase and some of the lilies were damaged. I paid for Saturday delivery and they turned up on Friday.

(Good price, with a 'discount ')I paid a few dollars extra to get same day delivery.(again.seemed fair) But at checkout the price jumps about 30% for some fees not mentioned prior. So the end result is you pay a fair price, not really any cheaper than anywhere else. Not a bad service at all, but you aren't going to pay the price that got your attention. Quality was very good, delivery was timely. Overall, I will use this service again, but nothing is free.

Many hidden costs
The arrangement I ordered was bigger in the picture. Before the discounts it was over $100 but I got a much cheaper looking small arrangement in a small vase. It was lovely but much smaller than what I expected.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
