The flowers was not what I purchased. I purchased a beautiful small bouquets of flowers this is not what my cousin received for her bday. I have pics of what I ordered and what was delivered. Not a happy customer

I paid for the premium size (largest upgrade) and the gift basket that was delivered actually had fewer items in it than the website picture of the NORMAL size. Disappointed!

My daughter was very pleased with her flowers. They looked fresh and beautiful. The price was excellent. They went out of their way with delivery.
I did not get what I paid for. I order flowers in a basket with a balloon. NO balloon and no basket. Flowers arrived in a clear vase and some of the lilies were damaged. I paid for Saturday delivery and they turned up on Friday.

(Good price, with a 'discount ')I paid a few dollars extra to get same day delivery.(again.seemed fair) But at checkout the price jumps about 30% for some fees not mentioned prior. So the end result is you pay a fair price, not really any cheaper than anywhere else. Not a bad service at all, but you aren't going to pay the price that got your attention. Quality was very good, delivery was timely. Overall, I will use this service again, but nothing is free.

Many hidden costs
The arrangement I ordered was bigger in the picture. Before the discounts it was over $100 but I got a much cheaper looking small arrangement in a small vase. It was lovely but much smaller than what I expected.
