It was simple and love the flowers
Half of the flowers were not in very decent shape. When I called there was a great deal of difficulty with the woman who did not seem to understand or speak very much English. She wanted to give me a 20% discount. I didn't want a discount. I was trying to send a beautiful bouquet to someone I love for her birthday. Finally, she agreed to send out a new bouquet. I hope that one is better.
I ordered these for my sister-in-law's birthday. She loves them and said the delivery man was very friendly too. I would definitely order again!

Overall great customer service. Only disappointment was at the end when I went to pay after I had chosen the flowers I wanted the ending price was a little high. That price was not added till the very end for the fees and whatever. Otherwise great customer service.
Good except need to know shipping charge up front. Also, while arrangement is very nice it is not very much like the photo I chose. But nice. Recipient liked the delivery. Could you tell me which local florist was used? There are folks in that area who do not have internet.

My order was not even close to the picture of what I ordered. Pink vase, smaller bouquet, NO STAR GAZER LILIES. Worth about 1/2 what I paid. Very disappointed on our 45th anniversary. NEVER AGAIN.

Instructions very easy to follow ad love your i specifically asked for pink and lavender flowers, with some greens. It came as a mix bouquet and did not compliment the interior of the salon

I sent flowers to my mother for her 87th birthday, she dearly loved them. This was the first time I used this site, I was happy with my order.
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
