I ordered the super expensive balloon arrangement. What a major ripoff. It has 11 balloons, that's it, nothing else. I was expecting this huge balloon attachment. 20-25 balloons at least. Only because balloons were my only option, I was somewhat limited in who I could order from. You can be sure I will never order from your site again. I will also be telling all my friends to stay away from you. Im looking for a response to my comments as well by phone... or e mail

I was very disappointed with the picture that my granddaughter sent to me. In the past I've been very satisfied with your company but this time some of the flowers were wilted and dying and the bouquet was very messy. The total came tomorrow than $50 even with the discount and was just not worth it.
