So easy...and affordable!
Easy, fairly quick and I liked my OU 20% discount and the fact that I had a large selection that could be delivered the next day before 12pm.
I had the flowers delivered to my sister in a small town up in Wisconsin. As I live in Oklahoma I had no idea who would deliver the flowers and if they would truly reach her before noon.
At 12:07 I received a txt, I was at work, " Oh my! I just had the MOST GORGEOUS BOUQUET of FLOWERS delivered to my door!...They are So Beautiful and I am thrilled! XOXO
When I called her later she said they truly were beautiful and healthy. That she had never been delivered such beautiful flowers.
In the past I have had several orders of flowers that had I known what would be sent I never would have wasted my time or money. I don't do surveys often, but I felt your company truly deserves this comment and my gratitude. The florist you used did a fantastic job, the flowers were actually there by 11:40, and her home is not easy to find. Above all she was surprised and happy! Thank you!
Service was fast and accurate
Tax and delivery costs should be stated at the beginning. It is way too much effort to compare prices from different flower providers if we don't know the total cost.

I felt that I was not updated properly with my order. When I first contacted customer service I was told that I would receive an update once the florist delivered the order. I didn't receive any communication until 5 hours later in which I had to call again to find out the status of my order.

Order didn't go through the first time...saying my card couldn't be authorized. Called the 800 number and the guy said I need to call my bank, because something must be wrong with my card...despite the fact I told him I've been using the card just fine on other sites...and also despite the fact that I got an email from AMEX stating the charge was made to my card. He said he couldn't see the order on his side and to use another card. I did and the order went through...but I'm going to go through the roof if the AMEX charge was made AND the Visa charge was made. The guy was pretty much useless on the phone. Probably won't be back...too many other companies to choose from.
I ordered these flowers for my grandmother's 95th birthday. When I got to the party and saw the flowers, I was really embarrassed! The flowers arrived the day before I got there, but half of the roses were limp and sad looking. The daisies were in even worse shape than the roses. Overall, I would advise customers to stay away from fromyouflowers.com. I just wasted $** ordering from them!

Yup I left one star. Sure I found what I needed and sent it on its way. But i got it with hidden fees. And something that should have cost 30 was 45. Also after leaving 1 star I was prompted multiple times not to leave it. What kind of joke is that. If you don't want to get bad ratings don't hide fees and don't let people rate you. Also... I paid the extra fee for "within 4 hour delivery." The flowers took over 7 hours. I called 5 times every time I was assured they would be there shortly. Then I got within 10 minutes it as TWO HOURS after the 10 minute remark. Why say within 4 hours and then be over 3 hours late? Luckily the recipient cancelled a trip and was there at the time. Also why to REPS lie about delivery time? I was heated.

The fact you lied about the 100 roses you said you would deliver today pales in comparison to the shocking lack of customer service you have given me today. You LOST 100 roses and you don't know where they are?
You THINK they "may" show up to the hospital next week when they will be gone?
You refuse to give me a refund explaining that the order "comes when it comes". Wow, really?
It's not the money, it's the simple fact that flowers are a long distance expression of love, fealty, and happiness, your failure to deliver in our time of need in the day and age of the Internet is, simply put, stunning.

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
