The flowers were beautiful and delivered promptly. So glad I took a chance on a new company.
Order didn't go through the first time...saying my card couldn't be authorized. Called the 800 number and the guy said I need to call my bank, because something must be wrong with my card...despite the fact I told him I've been using the card just fine on other sites...and also despite the fact that I got an email from AMEX stating the charge was made to my card. He said he couldn't see the order on his side and to use another card. I did and the order went through...but I'm going to go through the roof if the AMEX charge was made AND the Visa charge was made. The guy was pretty much useless on the phone. Probably won't be back...too many other companies to choose from.
I ordered these flowers for my grandmother's 95th birthday. When I got to the party and saw the flowers, I was really embarrassed! The flowers arrived the day before I got there, but half of the roses were limp and sad looking. The daisies were in even worse shape than the roses. Overall, I would advise customers to stay away from fromyouflowers.com. I just wasted $** ordering from them!

Yup I left one star. Sure I found what I needed and sent it on its way. But i got it with hidden fees. And something that should have cost 30 was 45. Also after leaving 1 star I was prompted multiple times not to leave it. What kind of joke is that. If you don't want to get bad ratings don't hide fees and don't let people rate you. Also... I paid the extra fee for "within 4 hour delivery." The flowers took over 7 hours. I called 5 times every time I was assured they would be there shortly. Then I got within 10 minutes it as TWO HOURS after the 10 minute remark. Why say within 4 hours and then be over 3 hours late? Luckily the recipient cancelled a trip and was there at the time. Also why to REPS lie about delivery time? I was heated.

The fact you lied about the 100 roses you said you would deliver today pales in comparison to the shocking lack of customer service you have given me today. You LOST 100 roses and you don't know where they are?
You THINK they "may" show up to the hospital next week when they will be gone?
You refuse to give me a refund explaining that the order "comes when it comes". Wow, really?

The recipient sent me a photo of the flower arrangement received. It was nice although it wasn't what was ordered. The flowers were different and the arrangement was skimpier.
Service charge at the end was a surprise and seemed more than I would have expected. Also seemed a little deceptive, should have been shown up front, not as a surprise at the end of the order. I may have made a different choice had I known the full cost

As a last minute thought I decided to send flowers to someone shopping late online for flowers and I was just shocked at the shipping and handling prices so I did cancel out on quite a few websites but this particular website did send a follow up email saying don't leave yet and they would waive the shipping and I would save $** so I went back to the website to place the order but I was a little shocked though they still charge like 2 or 3 dollars for a service fee so it wasn't completely free

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
