Great price and easy website to navigate. Flowers were delivered in just a few hours of placing the order.
I paid for morning delivery and it did not come till 3pm. When I called about it. I was brushed off and told "Oh we will credit the extra fee you paid". This order was for my Goddaughters 30th birthday, as a surprise for her first thing in the morning.Not only did it come late but I had to ruin the surprise to arrange her to be home to receive them. I can't get that special morning over again. I feel my concerns were not met with empathy nor consideration for repeat business.

My great nephew was admitted to a children's hospital in N.Y. Early afternoon. I live in FL. & I wanted him to have some colorful balloons & a teddy bear shortly after he arrived.
After trying several sites to do just that-I was informed that they had a 1:00 p.m. cut off-well it was 2:00 when I wanted to order them. I was so grateful that www.fromyouflowers.com was able to get them to him as they had a 3:00 cut off time.
The balloons & teddy bear were in his room by 4:30!
Now that is service-WOW!

My flowers ordered from Florida were a birthday surprise for a favorite sister-in-law in Ohio. They arrived about 4 or 5 hours after I placed my order. She was thrilled. They were not exactly as pictured in your ad, but still beautiful. Thank you!
