I ordered Birthday flowers for my sister. I went with the florist choice and asked customer service not to include carnations. I got the deluxe bouquet because it wasn't that much more. My sister just sent me a pic and it looked like they picked them from the backyard. I paid over $50 with shipping for this arraingement.
Next time I will just call a local florist (and she told me which one sent them) so it won't be that one. Or maybe just a gift certificate. I am from Florida and she is from NY. Thought some flowers would show her that spring is really coming...but these were not very nice.

So far so good with my order, I ordered a Valentines Day bouquet, next day delivery BUT with day after day excuses, the bouquet got delivered almost 5 days later! And they kept saying 'same day delivery'!

Quick and easy, a little expensive, especially because the florist used to deliver same day, no additional charge.
Since I didn't actually see the flowers yet because they are a gift, I cannot confirm the quality. I gave 5 stars in anticipation of good quality. If I need to amend this rating, I will send in a revised review.
My sister and I are BOTH SO IMPRESSED with the Shop that delivered my order! It meant more than anyone can know that the Irish Arrangement was delivered at 5pm to my sister by a wonderful gentleman who was more than kind and stopped to inquire and listen to why the arrangement was sent and why it meant so very much to our family. He actually called me to check and inquire as to whether the shop had the correct information as he tried twice to delivery and did not want to leave them outside as no one was home the first time. Thank you so much for using the Hart Stone Flower Shop who made the delivery to Rockland, MA on Friday, 2/28 at 5pm so much more special!

The flowers were delivered almost 8 hours after ordering. I expected in 4 hours or less.
I don't like fees being hidden until I check out. I want to know up front what all the charges are. The pricing seems to change from the time you select your item to the shopping cart. It shows one price on the product page and a higher price in the cart.
