The flowers weren't be delivered that same day. I called to make sure I'd ordered in time. Later that night I got an email from the company that my flowers were not delivered. However, I just say, they had excellent customer service. They apologized alot but also rectified the situation some by making my order a much bigger bouquet without charging me for it and then adding a note to the recipient apologizing for being late.
Thee delivery fee was much more than anticipated.

Easy to use away from home
I had wanted a certain product but it was not available for the day on delivery. FromYouFlowers called and worked with me immediately. I was impressed with the professionalism and easiness to work with not only the website but the person on the phone.
I am really upset when the basket arrived and it ONLY had 3 apples, 3 oranges, no other fruit than that... REALLY?!?! Then my BFF told me she only got a few different kinds of chocolate in small bags all thrown together along with a pack of crackers and a pack of cookies. NOTHING SAVORY AT ALL in the basket...WHAT is the DEAL? More like a scam! I sent her a pic of y'all description and she LAUGHED SO LOUD over the phone it was embarrassing, to say the least, and said NO MA'AM hers was a joke compared to the description I showed her off your online site. She will send me some pics when she gets home she said. The whole basket looked as if it was just thrown together then dumped over tipped back up and dumped over again...I won't ever use your From You Flowers site ever again, I spent $74.00 and her gift and it was a joke, shame on y'all but you cannot ruin her day because she is a child of the King! I was, however, a bit upset to think you would tack on yet another fee of 2.99 for same-day/weekend fee? Really what is that? It is not the same day NOR WEEKEND...after you charged me 14.99 for delivery REALLY... I have photos I would like for you to see. How do I upload them?

I bought these for my significant other and they are happy with them
Bouquet seemed smaller than what was expected. Medium box of chocolates was a bag of Ghirardelli which should be noted on your website. I was hoping for something above and beyond for my mother's 75th birthday. If I were not in a wheelchair at the moment, I could have bought better for less than $80.00 at King Soopers.
Only 5 flowers had actually bloomed so it made the arrangement look very empty. The greenery was really pretty, however just wish there were more actual bloomed flowers versus buds as advertised
Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
