After product is received would probably be a better time for a survey - I'm from out of town from where the product is being delivered and want to make sure the recipient is satisfied with it. IF so - 5 stars!

Red Roses were good but the pink roses were dying and did not open

I saw the flowers I ordered & have to say was very disappointed in the size for the amount of money I paid! I did select the largest but these look like medium to small.
I chose the 'florist design' option for my 1st time. It was beautiful! I will definitely do that again.

Ordering the flowers is a nightmare, you look at what you want and select it and it selects the higher priced arrangement and that negates any discount you may think you are going to get and then $15 delivery fee-too expensive!
Flowers arrived by 1pm and recipient loves them, I have not personally seen them...

Hidden fees until the end they dont show up so after you do all the deliver you think you have a great deal but then get stuck paying 30 extra dollars

Answer: Truthfully I was so livid when I spoke with them that I demanded my money back since it was their error and demanded they send me an email as confirmation that I cancelled the order and that I would receive a total refund. Hope that helps
