I also looked at the flowers that was delivered to my friend and for them to have been deluxe they lookked very skimpy.
I submitted my order a couple of times before it went through. Ultimately got one discount but lost the larger one I initially had
The flowers were very nice but they could have been better and the delivery method was not great especially. We were home all day on the date of delivery (11/13/13). We did not know we received the flowers until we were on our way out of the house that night and found them just sitting on our porch in the bitter cold weather. The delivery person did not make a great enough effort in my opinion to notify us they were either on their way giving an estimated time of delivery and/or delivered.
Had some issues with the website...but finally got through it.
Fruit basket was a sympathy item. I received a note from the receiver today that the fruit was fresh and it was very nice. Would use your services again. Thank you.
Advertising the pricing on the initial browsing section makes the flowers seem reasonably priced. Shipping and handling charges are not presented until final checkout. Spent the time choosing flowers and filling out the information only to find the price to almost double at the end due to s&h.
However flowers were delivered on a Sunday for no extra charge, recipient was happy, therefore I am happy.
